Ladies Fellowship
Tuesdays at 8.00pm

The Ladies Fellowship meets every Tuesday at 8.00pm in the Albert Room. Our programme is organised so that we have a speaker once a fortnight. On the alternate weeks we have a variety of less organised evenings, for example a Beetle Drive, a quiz, or just a chance to chat and share stories with friends - all very relaxed.

We are not a large group - 23 if everyone comes - and we'd love to welcome new members. Though our youngest member is nearly 60 and others are older, of course, we are all 'young at heart'. The laughter and talk at our meetings will confirm this.

We all play an active part in church life, though a number of our ladies are not connected to this church.

Each year we make a point of supporting at least one charity and over the years Cancer Research, Multiple Sclerosis and the Flying Ambulance, to name but a few, have benefited from us. It's not all work of course. We occasionally go out for meals, visit the theatre and go to places of interest.

Coming up we have on the following Tuesdays

Tuesday 31st January

a coffee evening with a recipe swop

Tuesday 7th February

a talk on ‘Newton Family History’ by Noel Barratt

Tuesday 14th February

a coffee evening with a bring & buy and a quiz

Why don’t you come along and join us for an evening. We’d love to see you.
